60-Minute Performance Nutrition Session – $75
A focused, in-depth session where we break down exactly what you’re doing now and where you want to go. We’ll look at your current nutrition, training demands, body composition goals, and any challenges you’ve been running into.
From there, I’ll map out a clear, step-by-step plan tailored to you—covering what to eat, how to time your nutrition around training, and how to adjust based on your schedule and goals. You’ll walk away with practical guidelines you can start using immediately, along with a better understanding of how to fuel your body for consistent performance, recovery, and weight management.
